Issue/Introduction

Is there was a special way to see what template is being used in Service Point and xFlow, because in SDM if you just right click on a window you can see what template is used.

1) How do I know what templates is used in xFlow or Service Point

2) Are the xFlow and Service Point templates separated as is in SDM ( employee / default/ analyst)

Environment

Release : 17.3

Component : XFLOW INTERFACE FOR SDM

Resolution

From end user perspective, templates are not used with Service Point.  xFlow does have a means to associate templates with Categories.

ServicePoint is meant to be an employee interface so employee role specific permissions would be in effect.

xFlow is an analyst interface so all the analyst specific functionalities apply to xFlow interface.
