Support for CABI 7.1.1 (JasperReports) in SOI

Issue/Introduction

After installing CABI 7.1.1 (JasperReports) you will need to integrate it with SOI 4.2.

Reference the reports.exe file that was shipped with the original 4.2 install media.

DO NOT USE this file with CABI 7.1.1 (JasperReports)

Environment

CABI 7.1.1 (JasperReports)

Cause

Newer version of reports.exe was needed for support of CABI 7.1.1 (JasperReports)

Resolution

This file has been superseded with a new reports.exe that was shipped in SOI monthly kit SO12898

Make sure to use the newer file and follow the steps in the patch read me.

 

Additional Information

Please note that the SOI monthly kits are cumulative so you only need to apply the latest, and usually only the latest is posted on the website for download.

But the reports kit is not included in the cumulative stream, as it only affects the report integration.
