When viewing the messages window in the Automic Web Interface or the Automation Engine logs, memory trace dumps are generated periodically (10-20 minutes) with a message of a misconfigured Agent listed beforehand:
53 - 20210120/121901.585 - U00011610 Cannot continue because Agent 'RAFTP_TEST' does not exist in client zero. Please create the Agent object before starting the Agent.
34 - 20210120/121902.627 - U00015006 System forced memory trace dump.
34 - 20210120/121902.627 - U00015006 System forced memory trace dump.
59 - 20210120/121902.693 - U00015006 System forced memory trace dump.
Release : 12.2
Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE
This can be caused by an agent definition in client 0 becoming corrupted or removed, while the Agent is still active in the Service Manager
To remedy this, please do the following:
1. Stop the Agent listed above the memory trace dumps.
2. Delete the Agent from client 0.
3. Recreate the Agent in client 0 (including any definiton items from the previous instance).
4. Restart the Agent from its service manager
