HIPER Notification Setup for Endevor

Issue/Introduction

Are there HIPER Broadcom alerts available for Endevor and other product.  Is it a service that needs to be requested or can it be set up indiviually? 

 

Environment

Release : 18.0

Component : CA Endevor Software Change Manager

Resolution

Each User can set up the notification that they want to recieve via the support portal - support.broadcom.com 

Do the following to sign up: 

1.  Logon to the support portal 

2.  Click on Mainframe Software 

3.  Click on the top tool bar "My Tools" then "Subscriptions" 

4.  Scroll down to the product you want to get notifications for and check the subscriptions you want. 

 

5.  After you have made your selection, click on save.
