Cannot add user in Okta Dashboard

Issue/Introduction

I am the Okta Tenant Admin and we have a user account that is listed in our Production system but is not listed on the Okta dashboard.  I attempted to add the user within Okta but received an error that I do not have rights to add a user. The user tried to login to Clarity using SSO and is not able. Please help.

Resolution

Okta cannot create the user due to domain restrictions in place. Please open a Clarity Support ticket to add additional email domains. Broadcom Okta will add domain to the IDP.

Information Needed to Enable Federated SSO in Clarity SaaS
Email domains your IdP is restricted to - If the user email address is not in these domains, Clarity authentication and access will be denied. (e.g., abccompany.com, xyzcompany.com)
