We have CDM Enhanced profiles with Disk Usage metrics enabled and Disk Free metrics disabled.
Alarm policies in place is for Disk Usage metrics yet the cdm probe is generating 'Disk Free' alarm for disk that run out of disk space.
Alarm example:
Average (1 samples) disk free on X:\ is now 0.00MB, which is <= error threshold (0MB) out of total size 9.7 GB
We only want Disk Usage alarms per Alarm policies. How can we disable 'Disk Free' alarms generated at the probe level?
cdm_mcs_template version 6.60+
' Alarm on Disk Error' option is enabled on the 'Default Disk(s) (Enhanced)' profile
'Default Disk(s) (Enhanced)' profile provides the ability to enable/disable Disk Free alarms via the 'Alarm on Disk Error' option with cdm_mcs_template 6.60 and above.
'Alarm on Disk Error' option is enabled by default and can be disabled with steps below:
1. Ensure the CDM probe version on all robots meet the minimum required version for the cdm_mcs_template version that is currently activated. CDM MCS Template and Probe versions
2. Log in to OC and select the Group or Device with the CDM profile
3. Open the Monitoring Config menu, selected the Default Disk(s) (Enhanced) profile, click on the Edit option and Disable Alarm on Disk Error under Internal Alarms
**Disabling the 'Alarm on Disk Error' option does not impact other alarms other than the 'Disk Free' alarm generated at the probe level.
**Alarm Policies for Disk Free metrics are not impacted with this option disabled.
