Activation the Manager for OAPP is failing: Database Unreachable

Issue/Introduction

 

When activation the Manager for OAPP from Univiewer Console, the error message "Database Unreachable" shows up.

The error message in the universe.log is also present.

-Make sure that the target database is reachable from the machine where the Dollar UNiverse is installed

 

-Make login credential of the target database is valid
