Issue/Introduction

We are currently running iDash version 12.1.00.00-0440. Our current Oracle database version is 12.1.0.2 but needs to be upgraded to 12.c.

Are there any special instructions for upgrading the database version?

Component : CA WORKLOAD AUTOMATION iDASH FOR CA 7

Resolution

There are no special instructions for upgrading the idash database. Wet typically just let the installer upgrade the DB automatically.
