The solution is to Authorize the user to the source via TSS ADD(acid) SOURCE(xxxxxxx)
1) TSS ADD(acid) SOURCE(TCPIP)
2. OR with Ptf RO96857 applied and OPTION(88), do not authorize, but allow the access even though the user
is not authorized, and log it to Audit.
