Issue/Introduction

After installing CA Desktop client 12.2 on a Citrix server, an error is encountered when launching the application. 

Environment

Release : 12.2

Component : CA WORKLOAD AUTOMATION DE (DSERIES)

Resolution

Navigate to location where Desktop Client is installed and open config.ini for editing. Add the following line to the config file.

osgi.locking=none
