Issue/Introduction

How can I manually validate the exact version of the CA identity Manager installed software for each system?

Component : CA IDENTITY SUITE (VIRTUAL APPLIANCE)

You did not give build numbers, what is shown here is either GA (base code with no CPs) or as it states CP02

Same for Identity Portal:

Identity Portal Linux QTSNASCOPCAIP01 14.3.0 CP01
For the below software:

Provisioning server and connector server both get installed at the same time so they are both GA 14.3



For user store, that is CA directory

14.1.01 build 16107 (aka SP1)
and we just came out with 14.1.02 (aka SP2) week and a half ago.. I am not sure what the build # is though..
