[UVMS] Role based on a Node view with a Tag do not work as expected

Issue/Introduction

Using a role based on a Node view with a Tag do not work as expected.
If you had a new tag on a Node, the UVMS will not dispatch the Role to this node correctly.

Environment

Release : 6.x

Component : Univiewer Management Server

Cause

Bug confirmed by R&D : the UVMS will not consider the new tag unless it is restarted.

Resolution

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
