Manage websocket connection not visible in Policy Manger Task list after Migration from v10.x to v11

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading our API Gateway from v10.0 to v11, we are not able to view Manage websocket connection in Tasks -> Extensions and Add ons in policy manager v11.0. Websockets no longer shows.

 

Environment

Release : 10.0

Component : API GATEWAY

Resolution

The WebSocket module is enabled if you have installed an Enterprise License in your Gateway.

open Policy Manager > Help > Manage Gateway Licenses. The select your License and click on View Details.
Copy and paste the text shown in the Grants area.

An Enterprise License usually shows as "Use of Layer 7 SecureSpan Suite major version 10 featuring EnterpriseGateway"

The underline problem is caused by not having a Enterprise Gateway license.
Once you have installed Enterprise Gateway  License, websocket feature will be enabled.
