Tomcat Agents not showing in Investigator

Issue/Introduction

The Tomcat Agent not showing up in the Investigator.

 

Environment

Release : 10.7.0

Component : APM Agents

Resolution

Customer Jenkins software has the agent name in upper case.So unable to find it 

Additional Information

Two environments had agents working. One may have JVM arguments or Agent hostname incorrect. Also had no Agent log.Also JVM arguments placed in an incorrect location.So Docker unable to find them,
