Upgrade to 12.8.04 - Getting "Data migration failed" in WAMUI log

Issue/Introduction

Errors in the Siteminder r12.8.4 and r12.8.5 'server.log' for the AdminUI:

ERROR [stderr] (MSC service thread 1-1) ERROR StatusLogger Log4j2 could not find a logging implementation. Please add log4j-core to the classpath. Using SimpleLogger to log to the console...

 ERROR [org.wildfly.extension.undertow] (MSC service thread 1-4) WFLYUT0074: Could not find TLD /WEB-INF/tlds/c.tld

ERROR [org.apache.directory.server.schema.registries.DefaultAttributeTypeRegistry] (ServerService Thread Pool -- 60) attributeType w/ OID 2.5.4.16 not registered!

ERROR [ims.Main] (ServerService Thread Pool -- 60) alias_report_ds is not defined.

...

ERROR [ims.tmt.persistence] (ServerService Thread Pool -- 58) Data migration failed: null

Environment

Release : 12.8.04 and r12.8.5

Component : SITEMINDER WAM UI

Cause

This issue is also present in the r12.8.4 and r12.8.5 AdminUI

Resolution

These messages are not related to any known functional issues with the Siteminder AdminUI.  These messages can be disregarded.  This issue will be resolved r12.8.6.
