Issue/Introduction

We are running Web Viewer 12.1 on RHEL. Where do I download the an update release?

I'm looking in the support portal under Download Manager, but all I'm seeing in there for Web Viewer 12.1 is: 

Output Management Web Viewer for Windows WINDOWS NT

Where would I find the Linux version?

Resolution

It doesn't make a difference which package you pick. In reality, each of the listed packages deliver the exact same maintenance. 

Additional Information

Once you've selected the maintenance you want and download it to your PC as a Zip file, you'll extract it there and then binary transfer the resulting update JAR file (CA_OM_WEBVIEWER_12_1_Updt.jar for example) to your Linux machine where you execute it - "java -jar CA_OM_WEBVIEWER_12_1_Updt.jar"
