Cause

Chassis intrusion detection

Resolution

Serial access is required to interrupt the boot sequence. Click here for serial console instructions for the SSP. This has changed compared to ProxySG hardware. Please confirm the right cable is available before any trip is made to a data center.

Make sure the lid is closed
Connect to the serial console as noted above
While booting you will see the default operating system.  Press the space bar during the 5 second pause
Boot into diags ('d' from the bootloader menu)
Run the command 'clear intrusion'
Reboot
Confirm the Chassis light is now green
