There have been random duplications of Test cases upon import from .csv on the Test Cases page. This only happened to imports with over 50 records.

Probably a customer network issue (proxy timeout or firewall)
In our Rally logs, we could see that the import was restarting after two minutes (almost exactly).
User testing confirmed that this only occurred while they were connected to the Customer network. This issue did not occur if the user logged in outside the Customer network.
To login outside of an SSO network, the user was added to the SSO exceptions list, then logged into rally1.rallydev.com with username/password. They did this while not on VPN.
*Note: A subscription admin can do this without being on the SSO exceptions list as they always have the option to bypass SSO.
