Issue/Introduction
In accordance with the Broadcom Maintenance Policy Handbook, Broadcom will be stabilizing CA VAIM version 12.9 effective 12 January 2021.
Functionally stabilizing a product means there will be no new Versions or Releases or further enhancements to this product. However, maintenance and support for this product will continue in accordance with your active maintenance contract for CA VAIM.
Resolution
The stabilization notice applies to Virtual Assurance for Infrastructure Managers, CA Systems Performance for IM and SystemEDGE 5.9 that is the companion to the aformentioned solutions.
SystemEDGE 5.9 which is packaged with (APM-IA) Application Performance Management-Infrastructure Agent is still supported and will act as a replacement to the above.
