Status of the started task when loading panel and/or banner code to a CA View/Deliver database

Does it matter if the started task (SARSTC and/or RMOSTC) is running when loading panel or banner code members to the database? 

Environment

14.0, CA View/Deliver, OLOAD, BLOAD, STC, SARSTC, RMOSTC active, up, down, status, require, recycle

Resolution

You CAN execute the OLOAD and BLOAD functions against a CA View or CA Deliver database while the started task is still active.

The STC's would not need to be down, nor would they need to be recycled, in order for the code members to be loaded to the database successfully.
