Monthly schedules not working as expected in Spectrum

Issue/Introduction

After creating a new monthly maintenance schedule like ""Every month on the 2nd Wed from 9:45 AM to 12:15 PM"", the first schedule after initially creating it works. However, the next month it does not work.

Environment

Release : Any

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Resolution

The issue has been fixed in 10.4.3.1 and 21.2.x levels.
