Issue/Introduction

Message Audit Logs exported to CSV do not display connecting IP, only logical IP.

Environment

Messaging Gateway 10.7.4

Cause

Known issue in SMG 10.7.4

Resolution

This issue is resolved by upgrading the appliance.

• Review the release notes of the current version and any prior hop versions.
• Read the Messaging Gateway software update best practices
• Upgrade the Messaging Gateway to any necessary hop releases, then to the current version

Note: In recent releases of the Messaging Gateway, the Release Notes specify that the upgrade must be performed via the command line, not through the web interface.
