Disable Predicted Miss alarms if Predicted completion is Unknown

Issue/Introduction

Sometime SLAs stay in Predicted Miss status with a Predicted completion of "Unknown"

These SLAs generate Predicted Miss alarms but with a Predicted completion time of "Unknown".

Is there any option to stop Predicted Miss alarms from being generated if the Predicted completion time is Unknown?

Resolution

The predicted miss alarm can be turned off on individual SLAs, by editing the SLA definition, but there is no option to condition the alarm on other things.
