The customer needs to export the alarm history from spectrum, but we can't find any interface or service to extract closed alarms. I know those alarms are stored in the Archive. Is there any way to do that?

The alarm events are also stored in the Archive Manager's DDMdb database. But any event is saved as a packed octetString in the DDMdb. The whole var data is saved in binary and it is not in a human-readable format.
There are only two ways to retrieve the historical alarms:
a) From the OneClick Console, in the Events TAB, 0x10701-0x10709 event codes.
b) From the CABI JasperReports, which pulls the data from the reporting database.
