Robot fails to connect to Hub after upgrading to 9.32 and spooler is not updating log

Issue/Introduction

We upgraded our robots and a few of them failed to connect to the hub after the upgrade.  

In the Nimsoft/robot/ folder we can see that the spooler.log has not been updated since the upgrade was deployed.

 

Cause

Incomplete upgrade 

Environment

Release : 20.3

Component : UIM - ROBOT

Resolution

Uninstall the robot from Windows Control Panel and reinstall 9.31 from scratch.
