Issue/Introduction

prediction_engine probe will not start up.

prediction_engine version 9.20

error:

Cause

- Unknown

Resolution

1. Deactivated prediction_engine
2. Rt-click delete to delete it
3. Rename/remove probe folder
4. Redeploy prediction_engine
5. Restart robot

Additional Information

prediction_engine and baseline_engine were not even being used, baseline_engine starts up fine. start_after is set in the controller.cfg, but even after a fresh reinstall of prediction_engine or but the baseline and prediction_engine it wont stay up. Its gets a PID, drops the PID then goes into max restarts loop.

There was nothing in the baseline_engine cache. Nor are the prediction_engine or baseline_engine being used. There is not a single message in either queue. But it has been running for a long time and just recently stopped working.
