Issue/Introduction

Errors similar to the following are returned during the Run Staging Procedures step of the RiskFabric Processing job (note that LogGroupIDs are environment-specific):

Environment

Release : 6.5.x

Component : Symantec DLP Integration

Cause

The RiskFabric Processing job step Run Staging Procedures fails due to a string length mismatch on the column ENDPOINTDEVICETYPE when the source value is 'Data Protection using SEP', which is 25 characters. The column definition in 6.5.4 specifies a maximum length of 23.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in ICA version 6.5.4 MP1.
