ERROR on SOAP REQUEST to IDM

Issue/Introduction
When getting the following error while try to make a SOAP Request to IDM:

SSO
Cause
This is due to SSO is using wrong authentication Scheme.
Resolution
Change Authentication Scheme to basic and then restart IDM and web agent
