How can users find the project where a milestone was created?

Issue/Introduction

We have milestones that are created by users and shared with multiple projects and sometimes across programs.  If a user wants to share a milestone with more projects, how can they find where it was created in order to share it with more projects?  

Cause

This is difficult to do in the UI because the Milestones page will only show milestones for the project you are currently scoped to regardless of scope up or scope down settings.

Resolution

The following unsupported custom app can be used to search across the entire workspace:
