Changes the SWA= from BELOW to ABOVE in the JES2PARM (CA Panvalet)

Issue/Introduction

The SWA location is set to BELOW in JES2PARM in JOBCLASS(STC).
If change the setting to SWA=ABOVE to allocate more than 16MB of SWA, will this affect CA Panvalet?
