Agent is not visible in Orchestrator console

Issue/Introduction

we are not able to see the agent name in agent console after successful  installation of the agent, it is visible to other orchestrator.

The domain URL and orchestrator name is different.

Environment

Release : 4.0

Component : Process Automation

Resolution

They uninstalled and carefully reinstalled again making sure that all the responses were correct. This resolved the problem.
