How to enable Status Column in Xflow Interface for Ticket List page:
The Status Column is available by default on the Service Desk Web Client Interface:
CA Service Desk 14.x, 17.x
To enable the Status Column, please go to ‘List and Card View’ from Administration Tab > xFlow Interface > View Configuration > List and Card View.
On the right pane, click on the Request/Incident from the Ticket type.
From the list of 10 Attribute Label, only 6 are editable.
We may select any one from the editable list and click on the edit button.
Then change the Attribute Label name to ‘Status’ and Save.
After clearing the browser cache, you will find the Status column being added.
