Go under Support ONline's Download Center for the EASYTRIEVE product.

In the SELECT bar for the Product Download, please type:
    CA EASYTRIEVE REPORT GENERATOR  MVS

For Solutions, please repeat the above instruction and then further filter by selecting only this component:
    CA EASYTRIEVE REPORT GEN
