New installation of ITMS 8.5 RU4 and ServiceDesk.  

When attempting to debug  the Tech Feeder form it immediately returns an error when the debugger loads.  The error is:

Confirmed the LocalMachine info configuration. No issues here.
Switched to using IIS for debug web server instead of WF built in. Same issue.
Tried creating a new project & debugging. Project can debug without issue.
Opened SD.Email.Monitor to see if other SD projects have the same issue. No issue.
Replaced the web.config file for the Tech Feeder form with one from a test environment. Issue no longer exists.

Confirmed that the web.config had been modified with some unneeded data and when replaced with a clean web.config the debug runs as needed.
