Alarm annotations box doesn't expand to properly display in Operator Console 20.3

Issue/Introduction

We run into an issue when adding alarm annotations in the alarm console. Sometimes when adding long lines of notes, the annotation box doesn't expand with the text.  See the example below:

Release : 20.3

Component : UIM - OPERATOR CONSOLE

Resolution

The cumulative hotfix build ( ump_operatorconsole 2.08 hf3) contains the fix for this defect.  It can be downloaded here:

The fix is also contained in the 20.3.3 release and subsequent patches.
