PM Green Highway missing

Issue/Introduction

 

Data has been sent from CA PM into DX OI but there are no Green Highways showing.

Is there something that needs to be configured to make it happen?

 

 

Environment

Release : 20.2

Component : CA DOI AO PLATFORM COMPONENTS

Resolution

 

 

Add the following key values in the cluster global settings for CA PM metrics specifically -

 

     apm.oimetricpublisher.profiles.tier2.regex.3.source=(.*)NetOps\|CAPM(.*)
     apm.oimetricpublisher.profiles.tier2.regex.3.correctiondelayseconds=1200

     apm.oimetricpublisher.profiles.tier4.regex.1.source=(.*)NetOps\|CAPM(.*)
     apm.oimetricpublisher.profiles.tier4.regex.1.correctiondelayseconds=1200

 

Once this is done,  the highway bands should appear after 20 minutes.
