Issue/Introduction

Error Message: Caused by: java.io.IOException: Repository file resource /Custom/Resources/Fonts/Metrics_and_XXXX_Report/Calibri_Bold.ttf could not be loaded

The Report will fail if you schedule the report into PDF format or export the report into PDF.

Resolution

  1. Log in to Advanced Reporting where the Report is working
  2. From Repository, expand the "Custom Folder / Resources / Fonts"
  3. Check the same on the 2nd server where you cannot run the report
  4. Check the Fonts folder to see if the "Custom Fonts" exist
  5. Export the Fonts from a working Server
  6. Import the Fonts into the 2nd server (Where the fonts are missing)
  7. Refresh the Browser and schedule or Export the Report into PDF format.
