Modern UX Timesheet Tabbing Is Not Working Properly

Issue/Introduction

Steps To Reproduce:

Launch Modern timesheets  

1.  Create a timesheet and tab through daily actuals to verify it is correct as in left to right
2.  Set the configuration in Administration > Timesheet Options > Modern UX Options > Allow end user column configuration for flyout columns

3. Remove ALL columns

4. Re-select preferred columns.

5. Tab through the timesheet entries.

Actual: Tabbing is inconsistent, backwards

Expected: Tabbing should be consistent, left to right.
