Issue/Introduction

After upgrading the DNS and Hostname of a device on the network, the Network Configuration Manager (NCM) backup name is still pointing to the old Hostname.

Component : SPECTRUM NETWORK CONFIGURATION MANAGER

Cause

The device configuration is still using the old Hostname.

Resolution

Update the device configuration to the new Hostname.
