Issue/Introduction

The WAIT or IMMEDIATE option on the DCMT QUIESCE command controls the waiting behavior of the quiesce - whether or not the quiesce process will wait for conflicting transactions to terminate normally, or abend them in order to force the quiesce.

Is it possible to influence the wait behavior of any tasks that conflict with the quiesce?
