UIM - OC installer not detecting the primary UMP server during OC installation upgrade

Issue/Introduction

Observed when executing the oc-installer-20.3.0-windows_x64 it cannot detect the primary UMP server and instead the installer detects the cabi robot for OC to be installed

Environment

Release : 20.3

Component : UIM - OPERATOR CONSOLE

Resolution

Issue resolved after stopping cabi server robot and re-running the oc-installer-20.3.0-windows_x64

It detected the the primary UMP correctly for OC upgrade
