HTTP 500 error accessing SpanVA admin console

Issue/Introduction

When logging into the SpanVA Admin console via https, it shows an HTTP 500 error.  

Environment

SpanVA 1.15.3.130 and prior

Cause

Memory setting on the SpanVA may be too low causing httpd.service to be unable to start. 

Resolution

Please contact Broadcom CASB support.  The fix requires a dial-in where a developer can SSH into the SpanVA, adjust the memory setting, and restart the service.
