To use 'external tab' feature in a new tab

Issue/Introduction

We need an external tab to be opened in a new window. As of now, it opens on the same tab, and also instead of a tab we want to create a link so that the link can be used in other tabs.

 

Resolution

The External URL tab works as designed and as documented but it does not provide the functionality you require, which is to have an external URL tab in a task with more than one URL. Submit an enhancement request if your use case requires the additional functionality.
