Idash Report just pulls 1 week data

Issue/Introduction

When we try to pull the report from idash, it just pulls last 7 days data, Report definition says that it has to pull the last 3 days data.

 

 

Environment

Release : 12.1

Component : CA WORKLOAD AUTOMATION iDASH FOR CA 7

Cause

Housekeeping script was removing the *.mst files older than 7 days from the archive and final directories.

Resolution

Removed housekeeping script that was removing the *.mst files.

Additional Information

Additional troubleshooting tips for missing data.

+Try some new generic report variations with the idashadm account. 

+Check for any EEM permission issues with jobs, tags etc.

+Look at the tags they are using and when they added them.

+Check the archive settings.

+Check for the corresponding mst files in the final, archive folders.
