Details in Process Monitoring throws XEHDETAILS(GET) ... No Valid timestamp'

Issue/Introduction
When attempting to find more details on a job in the process monitoring perspective, it returns the following error:
Modifying an active WorkFlow to remove the Earliest Start Time from the "Start" task in a WF that is set to execute in the future throws an error in the WF Details tab in the process monitoring perspective of:
Task details could not be retrieved. Runtime error in object 'XEHDETAILS(GET)', line '00080'. No valid timestamp ' ' (YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS)
Error also shows up in WP log:

Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a WF
2) Put an object in WF, connect the lines, go to properties for the START task
3) Under Time & Dependencies, define an earliest start time and save
4) Execute once for some time tomorrow (choose "At Date / Time" of tomorrow)
5) Go to Last Monitor for the WF
6) Click "Modify" on the WF
7) Click on "Start" task, go to Properties
8) Go to "Time & Dependencies" and uncheck "Define Earliest Start Time"
9) Save changes
10) Click on Modify button so that you switch and go
11) Click off of start task and go to Details OR
Go to Process Monitoring perspective, choose WF and go to Details
Expected Behavior: Details show up as they should
Actual Behavior: Error message in Details pane: Task details could not be retrieved. Runtime error in object 'XEHDETAILS(GET)', line '00080'. No valid timestamp ' ' (YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS)
