Issue/Introduction

Applications is moving from a legacy system which can send print over to external print center but when they try and send from the New plex system using the same files that when the center prints / PDF file that they show having an issue what it looks like a carriage control issue. 

The results are that only 1 page of the report is being created when the file should have 3 pages.

Resolution

File was being created without the control character attribute. Using RECFM=FBA in the JCL of the job that creates the file solved this problem.
