MIM4012 INVALID type PARAMETER LIST IN PROGRAM program issued for Endevor and Cobol compiler

Issue/Introduction

User sees this message intermittently on his TSO session while performing some actions in Endevor. 
MIM 4012 INVALD CLOSE PARAMETER LIST IN PROGRAME C1SF2000

This message is appearing for several C1SF* programs.

Also seeing
MIM 4012 INVALD OPEN PARAMETER LIST IN PROGRAME IGYCRCTX
for the IBM COBOL compiler.

Environment

Release : 12.5

Component : MIM

Cause

The messages started after after MIM PTF SO12844 was applied.
SO12844 changes the way storage associated with the oPEN/CLOSE parameter list is checked.

Resolution

PTF SO15800 corrects the problem.

Additional Information

WORKAROUND:
Issue  F MIM,SET EDIF PLISTMSG=NO    to prevent the messages.
Once the PTF is applied, change SET EDIF PLISTMSG=YES to confirm the messages have gone away.
