Issue/Introduction

Applying PTFs to run the CAISCRT Job, after customizing and running the CAISCRT JCL got the error message:

ISV Product table build error. TAG dynamicproduct must be used within a Product Tag
SCRTTOOL003: PROCESSING COMPLETE                                                   

Environment

COMMON SERVICES 15.0 

 

Resolution

The ISV SCRT report requires IBM's SCRT tool to be at Version 26.1.1 (Feb 10, 2019) or higher.

The SCRT VERSION 25.1.0 is out of support.

SCRT program can be downloaded from the IBM site.

The best is to install the latest Version, for example be aware that Version 28.2.4 is required to support z16 processors type 3931.
