Properties to override cloudproxy credentials

Issue/Introduction

Currently, the 20.x agents require the agent.credentials property to be set even if you are sending the agents through a local cloud proxy server.  

Some customers would like there to be a parameter that would allow you to override the default behavior and have the 20.x agent utilize the credentials in the cloudproxy server similar to how the 10.7 agents work.

This would allow you to change the destination of the agent to different tenants without having to change the credentials on each individual agent and then restarting those agents.

Some customers are moving the agents to a new tenant and this would radically improve our ability to move these agents quicker and simpler.

Resolution

An enhancement request was raised in order to evaluate this new feature, this is currently being analyzed.
