Output Management Web Viewer

Issue/Introduction

We are currently on OM Web Viewer 12.1 and SQL version 2012 we need to upgrade to SQL version 2019.  What does it take to migrate 12.1 to this new SQL Version?

Environment

  • Output Management Web Viewer 12.1
  • SLQ Server

Resolution

Do an SQL Server DB backup and restore from old SQL server to new, then run the Web Viewer ConfigTool to point to the new Web Viewer/SQL Server DB.
